THE GMA Network launched a fun run campaign for the incoming election at Narciso Ramos Sports and Civic Center (NRSCC) Lingayen, Pangasinan last August 30, 2009.

Dawn of the said date, the Pangasinenses joined the symbolic campaign for the clean and honest election for 2010. According to Jorge Guerrero, news anchor of Balitang Amianan,“This is a symbolic campaign for a clean and honest election in 2010; the political participant will sign a covenant that will condemn any political dirty tactics”.

Some of the political identities from the provincial government were Vice Governor Marlyn Primicias Agabas and other board members. Lingayen Mayor Jonas Castañeda also graced the occasion and also hoped for honest and clean election this coming 2010.

The fun run dubbed as “Eleksyon 2010 Na Tatakbo Ka Ba?” (The 2010 Election is here, Are You Running) –was organized by GMA Dagupan headed by station manager Mr. Jonathan Balingit. The routes of the fun run started at NRCSSoval straight to Alvear St. turning to the Capitol Complex Compound then went back to Alvear St., then back to the starting point.

The event was joined by approximately 50 participants and mostly are students of AMA Dagupan.

The event was simultaneously done in Baguio, Tarlac, NCR, Cebu, Naga and Davao aired in all GMA Regional channels nationwide.
