New Mentors enter the Academe

ONCE again, Pangasinan State University opened its gate to its new faculty members. Let us all meet these new mentors of our Institution.

Mrs. Ana Loraine Gadiano
Mrs. Ana Loraine Gadiano

The young and pretty Mrs. Ana Loraine Gadiano is a returning faculty from Communication Arts Department. She was once part of the Communication Arts Department from 1999-2006. Mrs. Gadiano is a graduate of Mass Communication minor in Broadcasting from UP Baguio Teaching is only her work experience because she is very focus on taking care of her family. She is now teaching Speech and Literature subjects to Freshmen and Sophomore students.

<strong>Mrs. Rodelyn A. Mejia</strong>
Mrs. Rodelyn A. Mejia

Our next mentor is a woman of grace. She is Mrs. Rodelyn A. Mejia a graduate of BSHotel
and Restaurant Management from this University last October 2007. When she was still a PSU student, she worked as a cashier of Jollibee Lingayen Branch. She also worked as a volunteer in PSU-Open University System last 2007-2008 and as a General Instructor of AMA in Alaminos City. As a new faculty member of HRM Department, she is now teaching different subjects like Principles of Tourism, Food and Beverages, and Culinary Arts to Freshmen, Sophomore, and Junior students of BSHospitality Management.

Mr. Andro S. Castro

Mr. Andro S. Castro is also a new faculty member of HRM Department and a graduate of PSU Lingayen Campus who took BSHRM. He entered in PMA in Baguio City last 2000. Mr. Castro worked as a Security Officer in O a k w o o d M a k a t i and an Instructor in College of Tourism, LNU (Lyceum Northwestern University) last 2008. The admirable lad is now teaching Culinary Arts and Food and Beverages to 2nd year BSHM students.

<strong>Mr. Jose Vallo, Jr.</strong>
Mr. Jose Vallo, Jr.

Mr. Jose Vallo, Jr. is a graduated from Philippine Normal University and earned his degree in Bachelor of Science Physics for Teachers. The new mentor from the Natural Science Department has been a scholar of Department of Science and Technology or DOST. As a persevering man, he worked as an Instructor in Global City Innovative College in Makati, in Concordia College in Manila, Pamantasan ng Makati, and a high school teacher in E. Rodriguez Junior High School in Quezon City. Mr. Vallo also worked as a Trainor in Advanced Contact Solution in Makati, a Marketing Executive in Growth Infusion, Inc. and a Quality Assurance Specialist in NuComm International in Ortigas. Aside from that, he also worked as a Project Manager and a Team Leader in New Fields Exhibitions, Inc. in Ortigas—proofs for being a hardworking faculty. Mr. Vallo is now t e a c h i n g G e n e r a l Physics and Mechanics to 2nd year students.

<strong>Ms.Cathleen de Guzman</strong>
Ms.Cathleen de Guzman

Having an angelic face, Ms.Cathleen de Guzman is now a part of the Nutrition and Dietetics Faculty Department. This 28 year old lady, still single is a resident of Sta. Barbara, Pangasinan. She graduated from UP Los Banos and took BSNutrition. Ms. De Guzman worked as a Nutritionist Dietician in Public Health Section of Don Amadeo Perez Memorial General Hospital in Urdaneta City. Aside from that, she worked as a Diet Consultant in Wellness Program of Team Energy in Sual, Pangasinan and taught Practical Nursing Students handling Nutrition subject in St. Camillos College in Manaoag, Pangasinan. Ms. De Guzman is now handling BSND third year and fourth year students.
